Privacy notice

Short version: this site counts visits so it can get better, and it only uses what you choose to send.

Last updated: October 21, 2026. This notice covers touchpointcard.com, including the page at /emilyworkmanharris, which uses its own separate analytics.

What is collected

Analytics. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 record page views, scrolling, and taps on buttons and links. They use cookies. No names, emails, or phone numbers are sent to analytics.

NFC and QR visits. A tapped card or scanned code may add a short reference such as ?src=nfc&card=c014 to the address. That reference is an opaque code, never a person's name.

Forms. If you send a message, a Build Your Quote request, or a note through the connect form on /emilyworkmanharris, the form is processed by Netlify, the site's host, and delivered to TOUCH·POINT. What you type is never added to analytics or to page addresses.

Saved contacts. Saving a contact downloads a contact card file to your device. TOUCH·POINT does not receive your address book.

How it's used

To reply to you, to prepare a quote or proposal you asked for, to keep a record of a project you start, for follow-up you agree to, to understand which parts of the site are useful, and to keep the site running. Your information is not sold.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out tools for Analytics. To ask about or delete a message you sent, email TOUCH·POINT.

Client pages

Pages built for TOUCH·POINT clients may use their own analytics set up for that client, or none. They are hidden from search by default.
